Splash Pad: Open for business! The splash pad located at Sunset Park is now open seven days a week from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. through September 30. Water features are activated on a timer with the push of the button. More information.
Adult Summer Softball League: Registration has begun. Fees are $275 per team plus $15 per player. Start building your team now. This league will begin June 6. Registration deadline is May 16. Don’t have a team but want to play? Call Parks and Recreation and we can put you on the pick-up list for the other team captains. More information.
Summer Camps: May 1. All camps offered through the Parks and Recreation Department can be registered for beginning May 1. Plan on these great activities for your child this summer! Lego Engineering Camp, Arizona Science Center Camp, Self-Propelled Kids Bike Camp, The Posse Summer Camp, British Soccer Camp and Yavapai College for Kids!
Red Dirt Concerts: 5 free opportunities for live music at the Pavilion. Concerts are from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. May 24, Sister and the Sun and Invincible Grins. May 31, Evil George and Life is Beautiful. June 7, Mighty Tim Young and Thunder and Lightnin’. June 14, Two Hand Union and TBA. June 21, Grace Noelle and Ryan Biter. Full of amazing local talent, plan on attending Friday nights. Sedona Community Pool: Summer Schedule is here! The summer season will run from May 25- August 4. The pool is open six days a week. Swim lessons begin June 3 and four sessions are available both in the morning and evening. Registration for swim lessons is accepted at the pool and begins May 27. On Memorial Day, come for FREE Open Swim. More information.
Open Gym: Ongoing. Pick up volleyball and basketball for adults. Held at West Sedona School in the gymnasium for a $2 drop in fee. Come and play. More information.
